Our CDMO business provides manufacturing services to Indian pharmaceutical firms, emphasizing quality and innovation. We offer diverse formulation capabilities, spanning oral solid dosage, dry powder injections, dry syrup, BFS, Large Volume Parenterals and respiratory respule products.
International Branded Generics
Our international presence extends to over 25 countries, where we export branded generic products. We cater to markets in Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Central and South America, among others.
Domestic Branded Generics
We market a diverse portfolio of over 600 finished pharmaceutical products under Univentis Medicare Limited in the Indian market. With a network of over 5,000 distributors and stockists, we ensure widespread availability of our products through both online and offline channels.
Sharon
The integration of Sharon enhances product portfolio in formulation and foray in API manufacturing, and provide enchanced access to regulated international markets.

Since our inception in 2006 with a small base, we have grown from strength to strength. For over 18 years, we have catered to top Indian pharmaceutical companies, including 14 of the top 15. We have licenses to manufacture products through five state-of-the-art facilities with nine independent manufacturing blocks in Baddi – Himachal Pradesh, Dehradun – Uttarakhand, Taloja – Maharashtra and Kathua – Jammu, maintaining WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, UK-MHRA, and other major certifications.

Greenfield Expansion at Jammu
We have established Cephalosporin, Penicillin, Penum & BFS blocks to manufacture Tablets, Capsules, Dry Powder Injections, Dry Syrups & BFS at the new greenfield site in Jammu.We anticipate benefiting from the New Central Sector Scheme for Industrial Development of Jammu and Kashmir.
Expand the Wallet Share
We have added 90+ customers in the last few years, and half of our total client base has been associated with the company for 5+ years. We aim to expand our formulations business and portfolio with new products and complex dosages.
Continued Focus on
Our R&D Operations
Our dedicated R&D laboratory and pilot equipment located in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, recognized by DSIR for its in-house R&D work and we are establishing a new center in Panchkula, Haryana and have already started preliminary research on various formulations.
Growing Our International
Export Business
We have manufactured multiple products for Canada through the tech transfer route and expanded into regulated markets such as the UK and Canada. In the UK, we have introduced various new products and are developing various formulations for the European market.

Branded Generics Business
We aim to expand our pan-India geographic reach via distributors and retailers, deploy a field team for sales and marketing, and focus on new generic launches. We are strengthening target-based incentives for distributor sales and engaging new retailers.
